Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with Adorn Look in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

NOTE:
Kindly check through your order and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity, and color are accurate as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

Items can be reserved up to 2 days. Reserved items will automatically be released after 2 day if payment is not received. Do let us know if you are no longer interested in the item.

PRICES
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. All prices are fixed and not negotiable.

PRODUCT
*Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

*A difference of 0.5-1.0" between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.

*All goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by cash deposit or credit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon verification if payment. Our pick up service by Pos Malaysia is carried out during working hours.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Adorn Look and there will be no refunds.
